Jake Jones was born into a military family, where moving every few years was just part of the routine. That upbringing taught him early that adaptability isn’t optional–it’s essential. With each new city, school, and set of neighbors, Jake became fluent in the art of adjusting on the fly and connecting quickly with others. It was during those years he learned one of life’s most valuable lessons: the only constant is change.

Jake’s early career path led him through the hospitality industry and work in assisted living facilities, where he picked up lessons that still guide him today: everyone is different, meet people where they are, never judge a book by its cover, and always–always–stay patient while finding a solution. That mindset, combined with his unwavering commitment to service, probably explains how he’s not just survived but thrived in the real estate world for over 25 years.

Real estate can be tedious, overwhelming, and–let’s be honest–downright boring at times. That’s where Jake’s accessibility and calm, relatable demeanor make all the difference. He’s the guy who brings clarity to the chaos and turns stress into confidence. As a co-owner of ClearFi Loans, headquartered in Chicago with a growing branch presence in Nashville and more to come, Jake’s mission is to simplify the mortgage process while never losing sight of what matters most–people.

In his free time, you’ll find him nose-deep in a book–always curious, always learning, always working to become a better version of himself. When he’s not growing his mind, he’s with his wife Katie, their three sons–Evan, Nicholas, and Carter–and their two spoiled ragdoll cats, being a full-time dad, cheering from the sidelines at baseball, soccer, or football (depending on the season), and never missing a school event or birthday. His family, just like the families of his clients, referral partners, and team members, always comes first.
